I Need more responsibilities and about that compensation I am underpaid as I have spent more than 10 years in the current company still getting less than the new hires.

No biasness at work place, every individual are treated by respect despite of the designation and if any junior complaint about seniors that will also investigate fairly. Top management is very clear on this.

They are very clear with the though process and work as a team to achieve the common Goal of company, Always come with the solution when every I reached out to them, They respect every individual and also think of subordinates grooming.
