The most positive thing about our company culture is that the leadership takes interest in ensuring associates get growth opportunities and that my workplace is extremely inclusive and diverse, giving me exposure to interact with many people who I would normally not get to meet.

I like that I am viewed as a human first and not just a number. My manager ensures I have a great work-life balance and is invested in her team's well-being. The cultural diversity here is amazing and I am happy I get to work with a global team.
