I would say this is the best company that I've work with in terms of working environment it's really great. But, the compensation is actually not that great there were times that you'll be thinking to exit from the company due to the needs of the higher compensation.

Our Leadership are very supportive, approachable and a very good decision makes and of course they know what is accountability.

It's the family culture. I just hope that will be that way for a very long time. I also love that you can interact with anyone whatever their role in the company without being judge

I love being with my Team. Everyday I experience a lot of things bad or good but I keep learning from given that my favorite EM Fae gives me a lot of advice. She shares her experiences and how she overcomes them. She motivates if doubt myself.
