
Treat the workers like human beings instead of leverage. Stop making the works feel afraid of being fired. stop discrimination towards workers. Be an inclusive company and not an exclusive for managers only. Hire leaders and not bosses.
Communication. Being honest. Building trust. Hire LEADERS and not BOSSES. Please re-evaluate the management teams on a macro level. Terrible work experience dealing with untrained managers. STORE managers, DISTRICT managers and REGIONAL managers are incompetent. NO WORKING HR department.
Hire leaders and not bosses. I am an employee at the store level and there is no leadership. To reiterate, it is directly the managers and not shift leaders. shift leaders seem like they're being forced to pick up the slack and some other shift leaders do not care at all. Its a mess.
The team that closes with me can sometimes be underwhelming in the fact that it is only 2 people. The cook and I. We sell about $500.00 an hour at night while mornings are selling at most $80.00 and have more than 6 employees working. Wasting time. minimal prep. No real contributions. waste of time
