Ive always loved working for Taco Bell, but as a recently hired shift manager, i have been unfairly discriminated against which resulted in a termination which is grounds for a lawsuit. I am attempting to contact Taco Bell HR so that they can remedy this before it becomes a PR fiasco.

I believe i was hired because of my experience and education, as well as a needed fit to a struggling store. I didnt know that last part until i integrated into their team and subculture.

Responsibilty starts at the top, and while high turnover is problematic, so is bad work ethics and pure laziness. Our store needs to reestablish work expectations and follow through with formal reprimands when coaching is not followed. This shows orher champs the standard.
Qu’est-ce qui vous plaît le plus dans l’équipe de direction?
As a shift manager, there is a huge communication void. This results in failures acroos many fronts, and ultimately will cost the GM her job. Ironically i have a bachelor's in communication, and there is hope because most managers desire change and effective, effecient productivity in the workplace.
