Being respectful of others, how to train and develop. They do not operate by code. They have clicks and favorites. They encourage a disrespectful environment throughout the crew to push others out as a source of weeding people out.

I thought we shared a vision of culture and values. I was so excited and genuinely believed this was a blessing. I was very excited for the opportunity and the brand. I had so many plans and was ready to really embrace the "live mas"
