The majority of us are responsible. Our gm is definitely not taking the transition from one store to another very well. There are some new people that know what they are doing only because they used to work here and she is asking them to come back

Gm needs to learn that flexible hours means that so. The summer months are more intense on days off because of things like spending time with family and vacation. I've asked off for days that I will be out of town irregardless because I have to be with my parents.
