The company has always treated me with respect and offering an opportunistic career. I think the goals and objectives could be more clear in my segment of the business with more leadership buy-in to a clear pathway in analytics. It is a tough sector and I understand that.

The company creates a positive culture of encouragement and motivation. This is what creates a positive leadership impression and I believe is very important.

I think the leadership team does try to show understanding of what we are trying to accomplish, but the goals are ever-changing and can be very murky. The expansion or future of a team can be very confusing and lead to a little uncertainty.

I think from national average in my position, my salary is below. However, I understand from a starting position why I started at this rate as we were venturing in new territory. There has been conversations already to alleviate this so I'm looking to leadership to fulfill this.
