The practice over all is great. However, we have been working short staffed for at least a year now which greatly affects our patient satisfaction. The work load is absolutely too much for the number of staff.

I believe the pay scale as a company is far below what other practices pay in our area. If base pay rates were increased, as well as annual merit increases, employee retention would improve greatly.
