Seeing our numbers go down and issues being resolved. Being busy all day but not drowning.
Listening to what we as employees see /hear from pt's as huge issues and actually DO something to correct these issues instead of us employees keep taking notes and giving examples and nothing every being done to change or make things better for everyone.
High turn over and lack of proper training make interacting more difficult. People who have little to no background in the medical field need more time to learn the way the field works before they are sent off on their own. Proper training and not overloading new people would help a lot
Everyone gets the same percentage raise. Those of us who work multiple positions/cover for others/train etc do not get a bigger raise than the same employee who sits there hardly working all day. IF we were given larger raises to accompany the workloads we take on then we would feel like we are valu
