Today, Victra is independently owned and operated in Raleigh, North Carolina, with more than 200 people in the Store Support Center. There is so much communication lost from leadership and the agents, everything is always last minute and change it now is what is the normal day.

A company this size should be able to do better on health insurance, the company needs to contribute more. I have worked for smaller companys and had better coverage and less cost.
