I really do enjoy working for this company. It's just growing increasingly difficult with how we are compensated. I feel like I live paycheck to paycheck especially in this economy so it gets pretty discouraging. I work a second job and have been thinking about searching elsewhere.

We collaborate very well. I am very comfortable going to my peers for support. I learn from them. They are reliable and dependable.

I love the feeling at the end of the day when I have completed all of my tasks. Its nice to be able to reflect on a day of hard productive work.
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
I don't feel as if I am compensated appropriately for the work I do. As a supervisor my commission is capped and most months, not realistically attainable. Most months it has been based on a head count that I do not have and is not adjusted for when I lose agents either to term or resignation etc.
