Front line voices tend to not matter to higher ups. Favoritism and "diversi-hires" are rampent and unchecked. Everything is a top priority, so what is the real priority? Pay scale incentivised for front line, DM reponsible for all but not comped fairly for workload/responsibility/two actual days off

Dms should be compensated based on a 40 hour work week and ot should be paid out and not set as exempt from recieving OT payout if expected to work 6 days a week.
