Today, Victra is independently owned and operated in Raleigh, North Carolina, with more than 200 people in the Store Support Center. Good experience so far. The pay is incredible, fair PTO offered. The best would be more of a work/life balance. Id like to have a set scheduke to soend more time with my kids, and enjoy life.

Overall, its a very anazing experience. I think as a GM, one change I'd like to see is more flexibility with the schedule. Due to certain life experiences i see my son week on and week off. Having Wed off takes time from my son that is already cut in half.
