Today, Victra is independently owned and operated in Raleigh, North Carolina, with more than 200 people in the Store Support Center. I think as a dual manager my salary should be no less than $60,000 where I live not including bonuses.

Retainment through celebration, as well as promote within instead of having a potential canidate train their new boss. Also reach out to people that have passed a TTI and schedule an interview with the person so they have a chance and not just blow them off for a multi unit management spot.
