Today, Victra is independently owned and operated in Raleigh, North Carolina, with more than 200 people in the Store Support Center. I was hired in Novemeber and was in my store along on day 3. I felt I had no direvtion and was just expected to figure everything out on my own. Now 2 and half months in, I am be expected to drive results in catergorys I have just.learned how to influence.
