I have multiple experiences at victra. 1st experience was rough due to poor leadership and a lack of consistency. Now my leader hired me after an extended time away and expects my knowledge to remain what it was. I have worked in the industry for 3 other companies before coming back.

My leader fosters caring relationships with his leaders. His leadership style is much more here is the issue go fix it and not focused on how to get there.

My leadership connects well with me as a person but often does not properly assess my readiness level for tasks. I often don't know how or what expectations are and they are often not clear about how to get tasks done. I see myself in a lot of situations getting s4 leadership when I'm an R2.
