The environment is positive and the culture has potential. But i think we build most stores off of just filling spots

I think they really are people first company but I do think there is an oppurtunity to listen to top preformers and the ones with the boots on the ground.

Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?

I believe there should be a different pay structure for all levels of the company from sales consultants all the way up yo regional mamagement. I feel that a manager with a high goal should not be paid or ranked in a similar manner than a lower performing door
