I Love the Company I just want help increasing the traffic so I don't have to rely on posting on my personal social media to get customers. Plus I would like the company to get me work clothes.

Selling is the Best part Verizon customers have money. But they are Appointment Drunk the stores sometime are a ghost town. Like you guys need to help advertise to help us get customers into the store.

The compensation is hard to configure, plus the goals have been extremely hard to hit with out traffic. We need a better relationship with Verizon so they don't treat us like 3rd party losers. They should treat us the same as corporate.

Some of my reps are ready to hit goals others are hard to motivated to get to sell dual Sims then my checks hurt. You should make the reps paid same as manager so we have an Army selling toward the same goal to get paid. So it's not so hard for one person.
