As management changes, we go thru waves where its good to work here and times where it isnt. Currently the executive team is not concerned with its employees but rather their own bottom line. The cuts to make more profit should not be coming from the companies greatest assest, its salespeople.

My store has good culture where we all get along and help each other. THE EXECUTIVE TEAM AT VICTRA DOES NOT CARE ABOUT ME AT ALL.

Victra needs to be a people first company again. They just gave every AGM in thr company a pay cut/ demotion for NO reason. You essentially spit in the face of your top salespeople. Whoever implemented these changes DOES NOT CARE about the well being and overall happiness of the employees.
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
I was given a demotion or face a massive paycut after being a top salesperson for this company. I've never been given an incentive to want to move up. I would feel better being able to keep my current title and pay/comp plan and be given an additonal incentive/haymaker to that we hit target.
