Too early to officially state my experience but I see a ton of areas of opportunity within my market that I an excited to work to course correct. I beleive i have been given the right DM to do just that.

The company has a culture that is displayed as extremey driven and exciting, but I have seen quite a bit of negativity within the company pertaining to pay and and current drivers from corporate. That being said, Im here to lock in, but this can be discouraging.
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
Commission structure for a manager is great, but I beleive the base salary for a Multi Unit General Manager is not adequate. Of course I am highly incentivised to drive my commission because of who I am as a person, but better base pay will attract better talent.
