Being able to help customers and growing my reps. I love seeing my team succeed. The opportunities are great here compared to many other companies.

Using common sense before calling out to everyone amd creating more work. Leave drama in your own stores and leave it out of your coworkers.

Communication and not wasting time on meetings that do not produce an effect on the rep level. We waste more time on meetings than we do working.

Que faut-il changer pour améliorer la culture de l’entreprise?

The quality of people hired at the management level. Also setting realistic expectations. The amount of work you require an MGM to do with drive time is beyond unrealistic when stores are more than an hour apart from each other. Pay for MGM salary is 20k light and needs to be adjusted.

Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?

The work that is expected for salried empployees and the expectations set forth in the interview process are not even close to what actually happens. MGMs are not paid for the work they do. Expecting an MGM to work 45 hours in store and then on top of it added 10-15 hours of drive time is unrealisti
