Today, Victra is independently owned and operated in Raleigh, North Carolina, with more than 200 people in the Store Support Center. From when i originally started in 2020 it was a great starting experience, the new pay structure is a hard sell to onboarding good sales reps but letting them know if they work hard and stick it out there is a great road to making good money as a rep
