I have loved working for victra. I feel i was more happier as a sales leader in my home town. Moving to another store has been a challange as a new store manager. Im working so hard to make this store grow.

The sales process and the eager to make money for themselves. Listen and engage in teams. See that there is more to sales then just selling a phone. I want them to believe in themselves.

I feel like i have been undervalued because i have went above and beyond for this company traveling to other stores and being store manager. I feel like $20-$22 is very fair for the time and committment I have for this company.
