At first Victra was very fun vs GoWireless, but over the years things have become less fun, less exciting and far performance only while paying less

I can see that they are trying and making an attempt, albeit normally things are mocked by my peers as they are a joke such as contest requirements vs payouts

In recent years my pay has decreased though I have made the company more money, the demand on high performers increases each pay period while the demand on under performers is non existent in fact some are celebrated

My pay has decreased over the last 3 years though I have made the company more money, I would love to jump on a teams call and break that down because I can easily show you what can and should be changed.
