I use to love this company. It was a people first company when i first started and that has seemed to change. I do not feel valued. The conpany preaches about their core calue of integrity, but i feel sometimes the company itself lacks integrity. It seems like more work is being asked with less pay.

They care about each other and are always willing to help out.

My direct leader is great. Upper leadership could make changes that are great for everyone and not just them.

The pay structure seems to constantly change and wfm/shiftlab is almost impossible to get the full coverage you need.

Ive been a loyal emolyee at this company for 7 years. In the last 2 years my pay has been messed with more ways than one. Ive never heard of a company give a pay cut to a tenured person rather than a raise.
