Today, Victra is independently owned and operated in Raleigh, North Carolina, with more than 200 people in the Store Support Center. I had an amazing career before the divest. Things have been sticky since. I feel like i have gotten divest DMs that have showed most times they do not value the previous victra employees and make us fend for ourselves. it has changed my outlook on my job lately.

I feel like my checks have gotten smaller with the pay period comp change. even with a slight raise. I currently work in a divest door and my employees make more than me hourly with significantly less responsibility
