Top level is a very small an not very diverse group, with a confusing org structure, Understand the set with a small executive team but that should lead to more input from next level under which I feel isn't the csse.

Communication, visibilty, better balance between short term (operational focus) and mid term (strategic focus) and clear plan to get all levels to understand the strategy and let all levels build their plan to deliver the strategy, it's to fragmented and focus isn't aligned between department.
