All the questions focus on the positive and didn't ask as question on how we can improve. I love this company, the brand and the people. We need to be honest that we are not perfect & get feedback on areas we can evolve in how we communicate & work with digital tools to be value-added in our time.

I really appreciate the approachable nature of our leadership. They are sincere and you can genuinely see they care about the company and the people. I also like that our leadership has been part of the company working in various roles to better understand how we work and our culture.
