30+ years here there have been ups and downs right now is a down, no raises in 4 years no recognition, no incentive to do your best. Communication is not consistent from the top management to middle management to those of us that actually do the work.

Somewhat diverse. All intelligent people that have work at least 10 years for the company. They all understand the challenges we constantly face.

I have been working virtually for over 10 years and many of my co-workers are virtual. Xerox pushed us virtual in a attempt to save money and off load some properties. Working virtual is the most positive thing we have.
