Management is out of touch

Again Management needs to change

Its damaged beyond control, all the experienced have already moved on.

Start putting money into more projects, diversify products offerings, and fire the executive staff.

Bring back 401K, xerox needs to let XBS perform and drive business as we have successfully and the reason we were acquired.

They are getting rid of tenured technicians that have formed relationships with the customers

Management in CCCI prefers certain staff , she does things behind others backs . She will ask for advice but will not follow them and makes bad choices. Hard workers have left because of her and she really made some bad choices

Offshore billing and offshore service dispatch are a huge step back for Xerox, there is no accountability and their are huge disconnects with these services now

There's no incentive to better the company. When you do work hard, all you get is a "good job" to keep up the good work. We're looking to help increase your salary - but none of that ever happens.

Change the company that is being outsource too xerox

Temp employees live in fear, and they seldom advocate for their rights. Due to the culture they do their work and continue the process the next day. The temp employees at Xerox are trapped and they can't change anything because the higher ups don't care

Poor customer support, they need to stop outsourcing. If it is outsourced, make sure those answering the phones are understandable to those making phone calls

Xerox need to look after there employees pay the right wages and stop thinking of them as a recourse

Every contact by customers on every level has been shipped overseas

Reduce executive compensation and use that capital to invest in personnel development, hiring and modernization of workflows and processes.
