They are paid a ridiculous amount of money to do nothing... and I'm not exaggerating in the least bit... so why would they care?

Treat employees like human beings, stop taking credit for others' successes and blaming your failures on others. Give employees usable tools -- the infrastructure is ancient. Stop changing pay plans to steal your employees' commissions. Figure out how to allow people to work together!
