Meeting good people and hearing about the exciting things that Xerox is doing.

Informal, welcoming interactions tour snacks

Knowledge of benefits and not topping out in pay. Unsure as our company was bought out by Xerox if they have learned to look at the bigger picture of how the clients depend on theyre service people and in keeping those employee incentives coming.

Use real life situations using hands on interaction.

Get interviewers that have a clue

Not allowing Mangement to do it. She always picks the wrong people

The interviewer's expectations were completely different from the job requirements. The interviewer knew nothing about the actual role or the skillset required.

Technical questions for technical positions. Ability to move internally.

Be honest about the opportunity. Lying to people just to get bodies in the door, only to have them leave in months later....not good.

There is only a quick meetup with the Xerox Managers who don't meet you. You meet a temp higher up who gets away with abusing employees.
