To not give paradoxical statements. Very conveniently we become Technology compnay when we want to drive certain goals and similary we convert to bank when we want people to Come to office or Salaries . They pay way lower than market.

Toxic management Need to be revamped. Get some managers from tech companies. HR needs to take control of Human resource. TEch folks who do not understand HR drive the HR activities. In the name of HR we just have a request portal where there is no human touch for HR related queries
