Leadership needs to pay proper rates for proper staff in tech. Executive leadership is too focused on wall street banking and they lag behind in tech. Their internal systems, support structure, and admin are the worst I've ever encountered.

I have great peers but they are gone before I really get to know them due to turnover and lacking compensation packages. Sniped by other companies who pay better.

Proper comp packages would facilitate staff retention. Holding onto people would mitigate rework/retraining/churn and burn. The amount of work our teams are doing right now to buff out the fact we lost 80% of our team to turnover in the past year is utter nonsense.
