They pay people, new hires more money than existing, though our expierence and track record are better. No raises and year over year revamp the comp plan so it,is harder and harder to obtain goals. Therefore smaller bonus'

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
My line of business would make money without the drama and inability of the leaders in certain area. Bad a prioritizing and strategy.

There is always a report that you have to worry about even if it has nothing to do wth you, you are responsible for it. Upper management feels that when you are explaining,or justifying you are just making excuses
