There is always a report that you have to worry about even if it has nothing to do wth you, you are responsible for it. Upper management feels that when you are explaining,or justifying you are just making excuses
I feel they are smart people who have good intentions and do care but there is too much that goes on inbetween them and the little guy that they arent aware of. I also dont think they seek out to fix that though either
