My manager was too busy and not aware of the job function I was hired for. Because of this there wasn’t training available for my hired job function. Once my mgr was made to focus on my job function, it was obvious there were problems and no need to two people to complete this job function.

They will always offer compensation on a lower scale or offer a promotion without proper compensation. Twice we had new HR analyst come in and suggest huge pay increases because we weee. It being paid appropriately.

Poor management, poor wages, pressured work environment, little to no room for growth. You basically have to sign a life sentence to move up in chase unless you know someone who knows someone. You can’t have a personality. They expect you to be a robot at all times.

My mgr didn’t care what hours you worked but she expected you stayed until a task was done. She didn’t care if it was 10Pm and you were in the office at 8am. She didn’t respect a work life balance.
