Inclusion for ALL not just the select few

Providing better guidance when managers ask for assistance. Stop holding managers accountable for issue that were there previously in branches and did nothing to correct

My manager was too busy and not aware of the job function I was hired for. Because of this there wasn’t training available for my hired job function. Once my mgr was made to focus on my job function, it was obvious there were problems and no need to two people to complete this job function.

There is no support or mentorship for advancing in the company. Everyone is just looking out for their own interests and making sure you won't take their spot.

Outside hires were paid significantly higher than internal promotions and employees who dedicated time and commitment to the company who didnt value them.

They will always offer compensation on a lower scale or offer a promotion without proper compensation. Twice we had new HR analyst come in and suggest huge pay increases because we weee. It being paid appropriately.

We are truly diverse and we work well together when the times get rough. We constantly are being forced to reduce our AHT as we watch our customer service scores dip. Our team tries to pass on good practices to help with achieving the companies goals.

The VP level employees require a bit more scrutiny or at least mandatory Development. People management should be a primary not secondary requirement.

My mgr didn’t care what hours you worked but she expected you stayed until a task was done. She didn’t care if it was 10Pm and you were in the office at 8am. She didn’t respect a work life balance.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Customer problems that end up making it through to live representatives are the ones that customers can't solve on their own. What matters now is 'Did the rep solve the customer's problem?' not 'How fast did the rep get the customer off the phone?' Customers can hear the stopwatch ticking.
