My boss and his up line of management seem to have grasp on the complexity within JPMC and amazingly are able to keep up with it. It all starts from the top. Jamie Dimon is the Gold Standard for CEOs.

More stock options for middle level managers.

Bonus structures need to be revisited and transparency to bonus criteria (especially in non revenue generating roles)

The company is 3O billion dollar company giving employees a 1% increase. That’s discgracefful. Higher increases and/or twice a year raises. Give employees a day at a theme park. Let employees work from home. Thy talk about work life balance buts its all talk. Let employees work from home.

People seem comfortable in their own skin. Having worked here between 2001 - 2009 the company where we routinely let go of 10 percent of the staff every year. We seem much more relaxed this go around.

the culture very toxic, gossip, micromanaging people, as a minority it's hard to work there. Hr is very useless in solving conflits.

Not the most exciting work in the world. So I can’t say I am excited to go to work. But I don’t dread going either.

Stip making surveys hierarchical. Managers can figure out who made what comment and some use those for retribution. More skip level meeting ngs should be forced. No one does them.
