I enjoy working there. the only issue i have is i would like to have co-workers that don't slack and complete the task given.

have workers that actually help each other out.

the question ask on the interview were fairly easy straight up question.
What makes you most happy at work?
when i accomplish the task that is at hand in which it's many.

they are skillful but at the same time expect too much from one person.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
they need to stop depending on one person to do the job and help each other to complete the task.
