My coworkers are always willing to collaborate and help when needed. They do not look down on you when you ask for help.

Sometimes it is hard to manage the caseload, but the supervisors understand the struggle and do not belittle people for not being able to stay perfectly on top of it. An actual cap to caseload would be great.
