Overall fantastic company and work experience, it appears to be a disconnect between admin and ground level due to changing regulations and client populations/world issues and no experience with the level of difficulties with current population trends and working with beaurcratic requirements of job

My experience and skills are underutilized and not utilized in a job where they are not all required. There is no room for advancement and/or lateral positons.

Scale back job responsibilities to what is manageable and not ideal/unrealistic, what looks easy on paper is not always easy in implementaiton in the real word, better communication and not using soley email (one email is normally all sent and expected to be an expert after one email).
