I am new, but my overall experience has been really good so far. Everyone treats me with respect, and is helpful. My Program is new, and we all are working hard for it to be successful.

The best think about my team is that we are a team. They have made me feel like a team member from the first day.

I'm not sure that undervalued is the correct word. I feel my thoughts and ideas are appreciated and considered. I feel valued as an employee. I just feel that my years of experience could be financial compensated better.
