The GM is Totally Customer/Person oriented and I believe Will definitely make new shop successful and visited. The Service advisors and Manager are Personable and Communitive. Also the Techs are easy going and Totally certified and knowledgeable. The Lube and Maintenance Is really is super effective

After working at a Texas location Caliber/Service First for 1 week I See a Shop that Is Going to be the Leading Edge in All of Automotive Maintenance/Repair, or Should I say Car CARE. The process that was designed is extremely efficient and is geared towards a better end result and cust.Satisfaction
