I've been here for many years. I've watched us grow before Covid, have outrageous numbers during, and now slowly start to slump during an economy that barely anyone can survive in. I love my company, I love my job and I love my leaders. Thru the ups and downs, I hope we all continue to grow together

The sky is the limit.

Helping my team, my HCP's and being able to go at my pace throughout the day.

Everyone is willing to help. Some are more better with cultural views and respects - but our company is great with recognizing everyone and showing appreciation when due.

Everyone is always working with each other and making sure to pick one another up. Someone has a bad day, we reach out to help fix the problem at hand or help with the motivation and get things back on track.

Some are still very new. But there are a couple who are pushing and you know that they are motivated. I love being able to help them grow and that they come to me and our PL/ADR with questions to help get them moving.

Everyone is hurting for money. The market is low, commissions are at lowest, revenue is low but the economy is high. Causing more stress daily on top of the daily goals/expectations we try to meet at our desks. Staffing/recruitment is working double, while commissions are down. Positivity is needed.

My current leadership team is just awesome - between the relationship we have, communication and backing of each other when we need the extra push or one of us needs a little motivation in the day. We work together as partners and it is just fun. I love working with her/them.

I love my direct leadership team specifically. They hold me to higher expectations as I have been here for many years. But they also value me as a person and understand life and what goes on outside of my everyday work-life during the more difficult days as we're outside of covid markets/goals.

When the day goes smooth, everyone is being positive and helping others. I love the job that I do and I certainly intend on growing in my position. I've had some doubts these last few months but am hoping that all things stay in a positive direction and we grow to be an even stronger company.

At least a handful are wanting to grow and learn. Everyone is great when someone needs help or just needing to get some laughs in. Our ADR is a big support and one of the reasons why our team comes together and pushes daily. She is the heart of the team and continues to help us grow together.
