There has been a huge lack or organization / communication from Day 1. For example, we were told we'd have an HR "buddy" to go to with questions, but when we do, she is angry or passive-aggressive. "Leadership" makes decisions without our input that affect our daily jobs.Also, Intellify is terrible

Again, just knowing how unethical and uncaring "leadership" is is extremely demoralizing. We've lost so many people and management now has to handle accounts, and "leadership" is just fine with this.

Stop lying to potential customers/clients about what Intellify can and can't do - be ethical. Look at more than just numbers when determining how "busy" an employee is. Actually send out an email when 120 employees are let go!
