I enjoy the flexible schedule and having days off during the week with my small children. I like that they are always adding new services and you never know what you are going to see each day. I LOVE that I don't have to take any work home with me.

They are not overbearing and are easily accessible if needed. I haven't seen my manager in over a year but I've talked with her on the phone, through email and text.

We work solo while in the clinic but I can easily call another clinic to ask questions. We also leave notes in a clinic notebook each shift. Everyone works well together in our region.

There were several steps-- I first interviewed with someone on the phone that was in another state, then I interviewed with the regional manager in person and then had a phone interview with a group of managers and field educators
