My team leader does not micromanage us. He knows how to manage people. He can be considered a leader. He believes to listen to agent side and not one sided.

We have a bond. Our supervisor and manager make sure we are well taken care of. As they said if you love your work you'll never work a day in your life.

Neutral but not good enough. We need to get more motivation when it comes to coaching and interact more with our leaders as a human to know them more to have a friendly environment.

They say if you stayed in a company for two years you should at least get promoted or get 10% addition of your salary if not you should find other oppurunity to grow. Salary if 10 percent is fair since we have inflation and tax and interest gets higher and higher
