The compensation is fair but the night differential is quite low because being in a night shift is hard and challenging because of the time of work itself. The benefits is also good.

The work from home set-up is very helpful to mom like me who wants to have a decent job while at home, hopefully it will be implemented for long. I please hope that they consider other reasons aside from medical reason to approve the request of change of shift schedule.

it was fun and I appreciate that it is still offering work from home that it gives me more time to my family and I was able to do my responsibilities outside work. I also appreciates the free meal when you go onsite.

there's no salary increase upon regularization or annual salary increase. The benefit of HMO has only 1 dependent, adding 1 more dependent is much better.
